Wildlife work means waiting — for a kingfisher to turn its head, for a hummingbird to hold still, for the light to be worth it. Most of the job happens before the shutter ever clicks.
Street photography is the opposite instinct: quick, unplanned, trusting what's already in front of you. Darkroom printing slows everything back down again — every frame processed and printed by hand.
